Synopsis
Sophie runs the winery she built with her ex-husband Kane, but there’s one problem… Kane won’t leave. Desperate to move on, Sophie secretly signs him up to EX-TRACT, a dating app designed to pair troublesome exes with new partners. When Kane is matched with Valentine, a charismatic sommelier from a glamorous city restaurant, Sophie plays matchmaker, hoping the romance will finally free her from her past.
But as Sophie and Valentine spend more time together over wine nights, and coffee catch-ups, an unexpected friendship begins to flourish. What starts as a clever scheme to move Kane on becomes the beginning of a bond that helps Sophie embrace new beginnings, and realise that sometimes the greatest love stories are the friendships we never see coming.
