The Promoter
The promoter is Radioactive Pictures, 68 Commercial Road, Newstead QLD 4006 ('Promoter').
Conditions of Entry
Entry is open to individuals who meet all of the following requirements ('Eligible Entrants'):
The Eligible Entrant must be aged between 18 and 32 years at the time of entry and at time of travel.
The Eligible Entrant must be a resident of Australia.
The Eligible Entrant must upload a valid movie ticket for Same Same But Different as proof of entry.
Entry must be submitted in the manner specified by the Promoter during the Promotion Period.
Employees of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, suppliers, agencies, licensees, franchisees, and their immediate families are not permitted to enter.
Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of entry by each entrant.
Duration of Promotion Period
The promotion will commence at 00:00 AEST on 25 September 2025 and will close at 23:59 AEST on 27 October 2025 ('Promotion Period').
Selection of Prize Winner
There will be one (1) Prize Winner.
The Prize Winner will be selected at random via a draw conducted by the Promoter on 28 October 2025 AEST (“Prize Draw”).
The Prize Winner will be announced on the Promoter’s official social media channels and notified directly by email or phone within two (2) business days of the Prize Draw.
The Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result of the Prize Draw.
Prize Details
The Prize consists of one (1) Topdeck Travel Voucher valued at AUD $10,000.
The Prize is valid for one passenger only and must be redeemed in a single booking. It cannot be split across multiple passengers, trips, or bookings.
The Voucher may be applied towards Topdeck land arrangements and, if booked in conjunction with a Topdeck trip, can also be used for flights and travel insurance. Any additional expenses or incidental costs other than that expressly set out in the conditions above remain the responsibility of the winner.
The Prize must be taken as offered. It is not transferable, refundable, redeemable for cash, or able to be resold, and cannot be combined with any other offer.
Redemption of the Prize is subject to Topdeck’s standard booking conditions and availability at the time of booking.
If due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter is unable to provide the stated Prize to a Prize Winner (for reasons other than the Prize Winner being unable and/or unavailable to use the Prize), the Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize of equal value or greater value.
Unclaimed Prize
If any Prize has not been claimed by the Prize Winner by, an Unclaimed Prize Draw for the Unclaimed Prize will occur at 10:00 AEST on 28 January 2026 ('Unclaimed Prize Draw'). The Unclaimed Prize Draw will occur after 3 months of the Prize not being claimed by the Prize Winner.
The Unclaimed Prize Winner will be announced on the Promoter’s official social media channels and notified directly by email or phone within two (2) business days of the Prize Draw.
General
The personal information of entrants will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this promotion and to contact the Prize Winner (or, if applicable, the winner of an unclaimed prize redraw). Entrants agree that the Promoter and Top Deck Tours Pty Ltd (“Topdeck”) may handle their personal information in accordance with the their privacy policies, available at [Promoter's/Topdeck Privacy Page].
Entrants agree that the Promoter and Topdeck may use their personal information for marketing purposes. If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win the Prize.
Any personal information held by the Promoter and/or the Promoter in respect of any competition will be held on record for a reasonable period to fulfil the purpose for which such personal information was collected. If an entrant gives the Promoter permission to pass on their personal information to a third party then this shall no longer be the responsibility of the Promoter and shall be subject to the privacy policy of that third party.
All entrants who submit any entry to the Promoter: (a) grant the Promoter and its licensees and assignees a non-exclusive licence to use entry material in connection with this promotion and related marketing; (b) represent and warrant that the entry material does not infringe the rights of any third parties; and (c) indemnify the Promoter against any loss or damage resulting from any breach of the foregoing representation and warranty.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
inaccurate or incorrect transcription of entry information;
entries that are lost, misdirected, stolen, late, incomplete, or not received for any reason;
any problems or technical failures of any kind;
the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service required to enter;
unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
electronic or human error in the administration of the competition;
any loss suffered (including, but not limited to, consequential loss) in connection with the Prize or participation in the competition.
The Promoter will not be liable for personal injury suffered during participation in the use of the Prize, except to the extent directly caused by the Promoter's negligence. If requested by the Promoter, the Prize Winner must sign and return any liability release and indemnity as a condition of being awarded the
Prize. Failure to return the signed documents may result in the Prize being forfeited and another winner drawn.
These conditions do not affect any rights a consumer may have under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter for breach of such rights is limited to the cost of re-supplying the Prize.
